Gran Canaria Golf

Gran Canaria currently has six 18 Hole Golf Courses and there are several more under construction. This along with the Island's wonderful climate make it a very popular Winter Golf Destination for Europeans.

Golf Courses
Real Club de Golf de Las Palmas
This is the oldest Golf Club in Spain, owing it's origins to the 19th Century British Presence in the City when it was an important Coaling Station in the Atlantic. The present course was completed in 1957.

El Cortijo Club de Campo
This Course, with it's Fast Greens, Lakes and palm Trees has hosted important events such as the Spanish Open.

El Cortijo Golf Center
This Floodlit Par 3 Course, located beside the El Cortijo Club de Campo Course, allows Golf to be played until late at night.

Campo de Golf de Maspalomas
Located beside the Sand Dunes in one of the sunniest parts of the Island, this course first opened in 1968. It's flat, long and wide fairways have hosted PGA European Tour Events in 1995 and 1997.

Similar to Golf Courses in Arizona, this Course is located in one of the sunniest parts of the Island between Puerto Rico and Maspalomas.
