Triana, Las Palmas

Calle Triana is one of the City's most important shopping areas and is the second oldest part of Las Palmas after Vegueta. The district grew up around the old port and was historically the centre of commerce in Las Palmas.

The colonial architecture continues along this district from Vegueta and Calle Triana manages to preserve it's traditional façades despite the influx of the usual European High Street Shops (something which has not been managed elsewhere).

Along with the shopping, this district also has many pleasant Bars, Restaurants and Cafés, where you can enjoy the pleasant atmosphere of it's pretty streets.
